Managing Notices

Notices are messages that display on the Home page. Notices are limited to 4000 characters each, can contain no HTML, and can have either Normal or High importance. You can store an unlimited number of messages in iPAS at one time.

To access the Manage Notices page:

1. From the Home page, click System Maintenance. The System Maintenance Menu page displays.
2. Under the System Maintenance heading, click Manage Notices. The Manage Notices page displays.

On the Manage Notices page, you can view:

• the Date and Time (Timestamp) of each notice
• the level of importance for each notice
• the text of each notice
• the options to Edit or Delete each notice

You have the options of:

• Creating a New Notice
• Editing an Existing Notice
• Deleting an Existing Notice
