Account Statement
To create an Account Statement report:
- From the Home page, click Account Statement. The
Account Statement page displays.
- Use the Investment
drop-down menu, search function, or investment pop-up box to select the investment
account(s) of choice.
- Click Add to move an investment account to the investment list box. An investment must be added to the investment list box for it to be included in the report.
- If you want to remove an investment from the list box, select it and click Remove. Hold down CTRL to select multiple investments.
- Select the All my Investments check box to bypass searching for investments and use all your investments in the Account Statement Report.
Note: If you previously selected a default investment, this
account information automatically displays in the investment list box. See Setting
Your Default Investment for instructions. The default investment can be removed from the list box by selecting it and clicking Remove.

- Select the dates
for the account statement from the Reporting
Period drop-down menu. Options include:
- Custom
- choose the Start Date and End Date from the calendars that display when
you click in the text boxes
- Current
Month - use data from only the
current month to compile an account statement
- Previous
Month - use data from only
the previous month to compile an account statement
- Current
Year-to-Date - use all data
from the current calendar year to compile an account statement
- Use the Template
drop-down menu to select the type of account statement you want to create
based on the investment(s) you chose in step 2. Options include:
- Statement
of Account Yield Pool - incorporates
Variable NAV information in the report
- Statement
of Account General Purpose -
used for Dollar-per-Unit pools
Note: Although you can
use the Yield Pool template to create reports, you cannot use iPAS to
initiate Variable NAV transactions. See your iPAS Administrator for instructions
on how to initiate Variable NAV transactions.
Note: The number and types of reports you can create is determined by your iPAS Administrator. See your iPAS Administrator for more information.
- Select a format for
viewing the account statement from the Format
drop-down menu. Options include:
- HTML
- HyperText Markup Language (for
displaying in a Web browser)
- PDF
- Portable Document Format (for
displaying in Adobe®
Acrobat®)
- RTF
- Rich Text Format (for displaying
in a word processor)
- XLS
- Excel Format (for displaying
in Microsoft Excel)
- Click Submit.
- If you chose
HTML in step 5, the account information
will open in your browser window. Click Close
Report to return to the Account
Statement page.
- For a printable version of the HTML report, click View Printable Version. The report opens in a new window with your browser's print dialog box.
- Click Close
Report to return to the Account
Statement page.
Note: Statements will reflect your organization's branding
and style choices as determined by your iPAS Administrator.
- If you chose
PDF, RTF,
or XLS in step 5, you will be
prompted to Open the file, Save the file, or Cancel.
- Select
Open to view the statement in
software associated with the format you chose.
- Select
Save to save the statement to
a specific location on your network or computer.
- Select
Cancel to return to the Account Statement page.
